quite proud!
My work was featured in the September issue of Ariadne at Home and I quite like the way it looks. The photography is by Louis Lemaire who was accompanied by stylist Linda van de Ham.
In the pictures I’m wearing a vintage summer dress which has become a work of art. It was so worn that I couldn’t wear it anymore so I sewed on pieces of paper, embroidered on it and added fabric cut-outs. It’s an ongoing process which I add too now and then. I don’t actually wear it very often, except in styled pictures;)

ik koop hem eigenlijk nooit meer (ben fan van vtwonen) maar ik ben nog meer een fan van jou! Ik vind je werk echt super mooi (die jurk is weer super mooi gemaakt!) en je huis is echt inspirerend. Ga zo door meid! En je hebt het absoluut verdiend om in de Ariadne te staan, eigenlijk vind ik je veel te kleurrijk en veelzijdig voor een blad als Ariadne maar het is ook wel leuk dat je juist daar in staat dan weer!

You may not wear that dress very often, but I love it just the way it is. The other thing that caught my eye? That chair or stool cover in the third picture. I would say the photographer did a great job … but the subject probably made it a whole lot more fun for him. Carolina

Ik heb het ariadne artikel gelezen en ben onder de indruk van de prachtige dingen die je maakt van gebruikte materialen. ik vind het altijd ontzettend leuk om te zien dat anderen ook genieten van het maken van mooie dingen.
